Coach

iLearn@6 – Our online training platform is available to every team member and franchise partner. It includes more than 200 courses on developing an effective team and being a great team player. The platform also features 50+ customized courses focused on successfully operating a Motel 6 and Studio 6 property. 

Manager-in-Training – A 5-week in-person learning experience. Operations leaders spend 3-weeks with a certified field trainer learning how to operate a location first-hand, followed by 2-weeks of classroom training connecting with senior leaders, franchise partners and other experts in the hospitality industry.

Develop

Grow Your Influence Program – This immersive program is designed to enhance the leadership capabilities of our up-and-coming performers and our senior leaders. The program focuses on refining emotional intelligence, building a personal brand and identifying leadership strengths and opportunities.

Brand Forum and Regional Connections – This week-long conference sets the stage for our annual company goals and priorities. During this time, our leaders come together to connect and hear about the year’s focus areas, in addition to learning new skills and refreshing old ones to improve our operations. This is also our time to recognize the contributions of team members during the annual CEO Awards dinner.  

Motel 6/Studio 6 Convention – This annual event allows us to celebrate our achievements from the year and find out about the exciting new business ventures on the horizon. It’s a chance for the enterprise to engage, connect and learn. Attendees hear directly from our executive team and participate in workshops, vendor tradeshows, networking and community service events.
