Operation Next Step Program – Facts:

Operation Next Step launched in 2014 with a goal to hire up to 1,000 vet and military spouses - we’ve achieved our goal in less than 4 years.

Focus on building an organization that allows military men and woman to easily adapt to the civilian workforce.

We’ve partnered with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, American Corporate Partners, Armed Services YMCA, G.I. Jobs, Military Spouse and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

We’ve been awarded the Military Friendly Employer and Military Friendly Spouse Employer.

A top priority for us is to establish a workplace that allows our military men and women to easily adapt to the civilian workforce. We provide resources that enable our veterans, and their family, to make the transition into the next phase of their careers.

Our Operation Next Step initiative is our first step to provide stability and career opportunities to the more than 2.5 million Americans who have served in the military.
